We obtain information from you when you request information for our services or make an enquiry: via our website, over the phone, by email, face to face

 

On your initial enquiry- for example when requesting a no obligation quote for new windows, doors, sealed units etc

Your data is used in order that we may deal with your enquiry and provide the information you have requested.

 

If you decide to go ahead with us as your installer we will be required to share your data with FENSA and QANW 

in order to fulfil the requirements of the Competent Person Scheme for self certification under the current Building Regulations.

The personal data shared may include you name, address, telephone number and email address. 

This data is used to provide the FENSA certificate through FENSA

and 10 YEAR INSURANCE BACKED GUARANTEE through QANW

Your data will be required to be held for this purpose for 10 years - the lifetime of the guarantee. 

 

We do not share your data with any other third parties
