We needed both the front and back doors replacing urgently and when numerous companies quoted us weeks to months to install, Mark single handedly bent over backwards to accommodate us and was able to attend, measure, quote and fit our doors instantly. Mark's communication was excellent, keeping us updated in full every step of the way. Mark worked tirelessly for 2 solid days to fit the new doors. He was extremely friendly, confident in what he was doing, knowledgeable and only too happy to help, going above and beyond what we would expect. He covered the areas he was working in with protective sheets and maintained an incredibly tidy workspace, causing no disruption in our home. He took time to explain what he was doing at every stage, what each part of the door was, what it did and why it was needed etc. When he finished, he triple checked his work, not only the structural door but ensured the finished look was flawless. He thoroughly inspected every inch of the door and frame multiple times, covering and sealing any gaps, lines, corners (the small things you wouldn't even notice) to ensure it was perfect and aesthetically pleasing. He tidied away, cleaned the area and hoovered leaving our home with no signs that work had been done. Mark is a local trustworthy and honest man. I would recommend his services to everyone."
